Careconnect Inc. is a community-based service organization licensed by the state of Maryland to provide Behavioral Healthcare services to individuals and families in the community. We provide services for Adults, Adolescents, and Children in Baltimore and its environment using licensed providers, experienced clinicians, and counselors for efficient service delivery. Our Clinicians and counselors are trained, insured, and bonded to provide necessary interventions to individuals requiring behavioral healthcare services.

Goals & Objectives:

1. To provide qualitative and dependable behavioral healthcare programs using competent & skilled professionals for effective service delivery.
2. To become one of the leading Behavioral Healthcare Providers in Maryland.
3. To expand the scope of the business operations to include all other regions where the needs have been identified in the state of Maryland within five years of operation.

Services

We provide Behavioral Healthcare Services to Children, Adolescents & Adults who are experiencing significant disruptions in daily functioning and social & emotional well-being. We provide the following services based on each need, In Person or via Telehealth:

• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Medication Management
• Psycho-social Assessment (including Individual, Group, and Family Therapy)
• Individual, Group & Family Psychotherapy
• Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults, Adolescents, and Children.

   

  Team

  The program team consists of experienced professionals, which includes DNPs, CRNP-PMH, Administrators, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Counselors.

  We currently accept Maryland Medicaid & Private (Self) Pay.
